I was involved in a auto accident Jan 14,2009 I stopped to allow 2 pedestrians to cross a heavy intersection.I was rear ended damages to my 2001 nissan sentra range to about $3900. The driver of the car that hit me took full responsibility. They will be calling me regarding my pain and suffering.     For pete’s sake, you were in a wreck less than a week ago and you want to claim for pain and suffering? Maybe you should wait and see how long the pain and suffering lasts.

    People like you are one reason insurance is so expensive.
