I recenlty was in an auto accident in the state of arizona and I’d like to know what could I do how would I be able to handle the auto accident all the bills that are associated with the auto accidents as well how to work with a lawyer how to get the most out of the accident cause the bills are soo much and I have a lot of post accident pains that seem to not go away. Also my insurance company did not help in anyway with the auto accident because the auto accident was caused by someone else not myself and I just don’t know what to do what is reasonable to ask for?

Because the accident was caused by someone else, you should be collecting from their insurance company! You shouldn’t be paying for anything. I don’t know about Arizona, but here every driver is required to carry insurance! If the other person didn’t have any, then your best option is lawsuit, as bad as I hate to say it. You should’ve got their insurance information at the time of the wreck. If the police made it to the scene of the wreck, you may be able to check with them to get the other drivers insurance information if you don’t already have it! Good Luck!

If you have a lawyer, you should be talking to him. If not, you should be talking to the responsible insurance company. No one on here can give specific advice based on as little information as can be entered on this forum. Especially as you sound like you want to treat this like winning the lottery.
