Can You Buy Car Insurance The Very Moment You Buy A Car? Do Insurance Companies Work That Quickly?
Can I phone an insurance company the instant I buy a car and say, “Hey, I just bought a car. I want to get insurance for it.”? I think companies should do this because if I take off from the dealership without insurance, and somebody hits me on the way home, I’m in trouble, right? I looked everywhere for this information, but I couldn’t find it anywhere. Could somebody clarify this issue for me?

Many companies can issue a binder for you (giving you coverage) over the phone. You may have to use a credit card to pay a deposit.
The best thing to do is to shop around for the best rates, and give the agent all the information other than the actual VIN. That way you can just call with the car information, and be covered.
You do not want to drive the car off the lot without insurance coverage

Is it really best to buy auto insurance online. It certainly is because it can be very fast and
you can be sure that you have covered all the options. But you might ask: ‘Can’t I do better on the phone?’
It is true that you can get to quite a few insurance companies on the phone, and you can also ask a broker
to get you some quotes. That was the best way before the Internet. Even then, you could not rely totally on brokers
because several companies deal only directly with customers. And they usually offer competitive rates.
here is a list of the best companies,Your best bet is to get several online quotes and compare them to get the best rates

As I understand, in most states if you have car insurance, you are automatically covered for a certain number of days when you buy a new car. You just have to let them know about the new car within a few days of buying it.
If you don’t already have car insurance, that is probly a different issue, kinda tough.

Everyone wants the cheapest auto insurance. Everyone is constantly looking comparing this auto insurance provider with this one. It’s almost like a parlor game, isn’t it. I’ve done it too. If you’ve ever gotten a speeding ticket or have a young teenager itching to drive that you’ve just added to your policy or if you’ve been involved in an accident, it can get more and more expensive, can’t it? Auto insurance is too expensive. You’re not alone. it’s true for almost every American family. You may get your queires answered here,

The problem for discounts, however, is quality. Many ask is, “Is this cheap auto insurance worth buying? What kind of coverage do I have to sacrifice for a cheaper premium?” What is a small bi-yearly or yearly or monthly bill can become astonishingly high if you cheat on your deductible coverage or coverage amount. You need to therefore really search the different companies for the best, most comprehensive policy. Hope is here. There are good companies out there.

Do you already have a policy with an insurer? If so, then yes they can do it immediately. Not sure otherwise. I have Progressive and a new car can be added or replace on my policy immediately online. Super easy. Just type in the info on their website, print out a temporary insurance car, and you’re done. Not all insurance companies are quite so user-friendly mind you.

Yes you can do so and the insurance company would start processing your coverage. However I would suggest you to go through some options so you can get the best deal.

Yes You buy the car then you walk in to the insurance office and buy the insurance. Some times you can buy it ahead of times like if you goto an auto auction you can prepay for your basic insurance

Once you have talked to the agent, you have insurance….
When I decide to buy a car, I call the insurance agent first, to see if the car will cost extra…the new car is insured from the minute i sign the papers…..

Ring the insurance company and tell them the make and model of car you are buying and the cost, then they will send you a cover note which will cover you for 14 days until you pay the premium.

Yes you can but if you want to insure the car its self they will want to see what condition its in first
